Application Form & Acceptance
The first step is to complete the application form and send it back with a copy of your passport and three reference letters:

Besides the application form, there is an acceptance form. This needs to be completed before we can accept you into the program.

Remember that you must go through your representatives if you are in a country with a representative--they are very helpful, too!
