If The Intern Leaves Early

Interns are expected to stay for one year. However,if interns can not meet their training goals, they will be changed one time. Interns are not changed without a reasonable effort to resolve problems first. Interns must give two weeks notice, and will continue as before during these two weeks.

Hosts can also ask for interns to leave. If hosts ask for a intern to leave, hosts must still house the interns for two weeks while the program searches for a replacement host. Unless the host specifically does not want the intern to continue working based on a serious problem), the intern must continue his previous schedule.

When a intern leaves, we recognize that this creates a problem for the host. If we agree that the host farm should continue on the program, we will match the host farm with a intern as fast as possible.

The host application fee is non-refundable. All intern fees are also non-refundable.
